SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship all packages USPS Priority shipping within 3-5 business days of your order. You should receive your order within 5-7 days after you receive your tracking number. Moonbaby is not responsible for delays or lost items by the US Postal Service

 

 RETURNS

We do not refund or pay for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged. You must contact us within 15 days, earlier is always best, of receiving the item by providing pictures of the damage. All orders are subject to exchange or store credit only. Returns for exchange must be shipped to us shipped in a box to prevent further damage
